Master Steel made customised pallet lifting bars for CSIRO’s RV Investigator. The pallet bars are capable of carrying a total load of two tonnes. The lifting bars are made in accordance with AS/NZS 5131 or the standard for the fabrication and erection of structural steel. They are also compliant with AS 4991 or the standard for lifting devices, having passed the proof load test that determined its tensile strength and load capacity. In addition, all of Master Steel’s products are designed and made in compliance with our stringent AS/NZS 3834 quality systems and come with one-year Manufacturer’s Guarantee.
RV Inspector is a 94-metre ocean research vessel operated by CSIRO’s Marine National Facility. It carries a wide range of on-board and modular laboratories and facilities and runs for up to 300 research days per year.
