You will responsible for handling and managing the transfer of funds and property from our customers in your area. Here are some of the key responsibilities:
Reviewing and verifying the accuracy of all documents related to the transaction
Coordinating with all parties involved in the transaction
Material quotations from suppliers
Collecting and disbursing funds, including down payments and final payments
Resolving any disputes or issues that may arise during the transaction
Reviewing and ensuring that all closing documents are accurate and complete
